It’s hard to describe what makes Xamanic so special, because after being part of it for several years, it stopped feeling like just a festival a long time ago.
The real beauty of Xamanic is that it has stayed exactly what it was always meant to be: a festival by friends, for friends. In a world where everything seems to need to become bigger, louder and more commercial every year, Xamanic has never tried to become an elephant. And I hope it never does.
Instead, it has stayed real. Intimate. A little wild. True to its roots and to the Xamanic values that made us fall in love with it in the first place.
Every year I’ve had the best time meeting people from completely different corners of the world. People who arrive as strangers and somehow, very quickly, stop feeling like strangers at all. Over the years, that group has slowly grown into one big, slightly crazy, beautiful family — and every edition brings new family members who somehow feel like we’ve known them forever.
That, for me, is the magic of Xamanic. It isn’t about how big it can become, but about protecting what makes it special. The people, the friendships, the freedom, the energy and that feeling of being part of something genuinely created with love.
So grateful to have been part of this experience for all these years, for the friendships and memories it has given me, and for another unforgettable edition with this beautiful family.
Already looking forward to next year. 🍊❤️
XOXO
PS: next years unofficial afterparty will also be sponsored by the same car rental company who provided the pool disco this year 😂
